  1. Why do you use pre-paid bookings instead of reservations?

    Pao By Paul Qui takes reservations for regular reservations. Luxury Experiences are exclusive pre-paid bookings due to limited availability. Pre-paying allow us to anticipate who is coming in and to give guests an all-encompassing experience at the best price possible.

  2. What does my ticket include?

    When you purchase a booking to Pao by Paul Qui, it covers your base meal, but it does not include any supplemental items that are not part of the Exeperience (such as food, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee or tea) Some experiences include beverages, in that case the Experience description will say what type of beverages are included

  3. Can you accommodate special diets or allergies?

    We love to accommodate our guests, but the pre-fixed menu items selections of cannot be changed. When a special menu is created for an experience, substitutions items are not available. guest with allergies & special dietary needs should call the restaurant to see if the menu accommodates their needs prior to purchasing an experience

  4. Why is a service charge added?

    Service is an integral part of your meal and, since you will not receive a bill for your meal during the dining experience, we are adding an 20% service charge and taxes at the time of purchase. In addition, service charge and applicable taxes will be assessed on any additional food and beverage consumed during the course of your meal.

  5. Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I exchange my booking for a different night?

    No. Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final. We cannot cancel your ticket or reschedule it for another night. If you cannot come, we recommend that you transfer your bookings to someone else.

  6. Can I give my booking away or sell it?

    Yes. The booking is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the ticket through the restaurant's official website. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We cannot accept responsibility for forgeries or misrepresentations.

  7. How do I transfer my booking?

    To transfer a ticket, log in to your account, go to the "My Account" area using the upper right navigation pane and select "Your Bookings". Each ticket has a transfer button next to it. Transfer fees apply

  8. Booking system logout times:

    Please be aware that you will have 10 minutes to complete the transaction once tickets are selected. If you exceed the allotted time you will be signed out and the tickets will be released back into our system for other guests to purchase.
